The offering mapped

Casino Fiz does not know the Belgian limitation on the offering: slots from dozens of studios plus live tables. The flip side sits further down: no oversight, no EPIS and no statutory weekly limit.

The Belgian format revolves around dice games: open The Box, Mystery Box, Take It Or Not, the suppliers behind it — Air Dice, Gaming1 — work mainly for Belgium.

Licence status

Casino Fiz does not appear in the Belgian licence register. The regulator's black list — over 900 addresses — names casinofiz.

What is missing: the EPIS connection and the €200-per-week limit. If you play anyway, set your own limit and keep the amounts small. The regulator cannot mediate here.

What the law imposes

Player protection in Belgium is arranged considerably more strictly than a few years ago and it is built that way on purpose. Every licence holder opens your account at €200 per week. Adjusting downwards works right away, raising it needs a check and a waiting period.

EPIS is the Gaming Commission's central exclusion system: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it. Under-21s have been shut out of casino, hall and betting since September 2024; 18 still applies at the National Lottery alone. The check is automatic.

Paying from Belgium follows a predictable pattern: bancontact and Bancontact Pay cover nearly every deposit, and the payout runs to your bank account. Since March 2026 the Payconiq by Bancontact app is officially called Bancontact Pay. Nearly every Belgian bank card handles Bancontact, with €5 as the usual minimum.

The Bancontact Pay ceilings are €1500 per transaction and €2500 per day. The money is available at once; between request and account sit usually one to three banking days, and the operator adds its own check on top.

What is asked at registration

Opening an account varies little: your details and a verification that precedes the payout. Have your identity card and a recent address document ready.

There is no Dutch or French guarantee, and no Belgian escalation path. Keep the confirmation e-mails of your deposits; in a conflict those are the only pieces of evidence with weight.

Player questions

Which payment method is best?

Bancontact is accepted almost everywhere for deposits, not for withdrawals. Mind the app's daily ceilings. There is no route back to Bancontact — that goes via the bank.

From what age may I play?

The minimum age is 21; since 1 September 2024 it is 21 for casino, hall and betting. This is verified at registration. The check is automatic at licensed sites.

How do I self-exclude?

You register with EPIS. It works nationally and immediately. The request is free of charge. Registration runs through the Gaming Commission.

Is Casino Fiz legal in Belgium?

No, Casino Fiz does not appear in the Belgian licence register. It takes two clicks to verify. You can check this yourself in the regulator's register.
